Sorry I've been MIA lately. I'm at Cultus Lake until September first.Peaceful.

Except when you're sharing a 2 bedroom cottage with 4 kids, a dog and a guinea pig. Still the pages are coming along.
How is your summer going? Kids go back to school on September 8th. Far too late in the year for my liking but then the teachers didn't ask my opinion.

The kids here are starting school late as well and it has to do with the late start of Labor Day (U.S. holiday) here.

Kids have already gone back to school here.
Summer has been busy - I work with LOTS of parents who have taken LOTS of time off during the school holidays leaving LOTS of work for me to do! Still, they go back to school soon and I head off to Scotland for my holiday in 10 days time - at last!!!

All in all, it hasn't been a bad summer. Since this week and next week are going to be a little hectic, I pushed the start of school back to Sept. 8th. Usually we start mid-August, but it just didn't work for us this year.
Tom and I just returned from a weekend at Gimli with no kids. The boys are ready for university & school and I feel I am ready to go back to my job at the school. It has been a busy summer even though the weather has been crappy.
