That first one was hilarious. I can't watch the second one - something about they've blocked my country due to copyright laws. Bummer. It looked like it was going to be funny.

Both videos available to us Brits - in fact the first one is from a British programme, hence the Manc voiceover (translation: a narrator with a Manchester accent!). As for Thanksgiving, another one lost on me...
Wend, I think the accent was what made that video even more hilarious! We had Canadian Thanksgiving last month (as it should be ha ha) but it isn't nearly the big deal here as it is across the line!
