For a while now I've been working on my promotional ideas for Devil May Ride, the second book in the Ghost Dusters series. Have you ever noticed that there is a cagillion things on the market that you can put your name on?!So I'm wondering, as readers, writers, and all-round knowledgeable and fun people :) what kind of items do you actually pick up and keep?

I love pens and bookmarks. Unfortunately I have enough magnets on the refrigerator. I know that bookbags are pricey but I have a soft spot for canvas bags. Looking in my closet one can tell.
Buttons are good. They can go on my canvas bags. :)

As you know Wendy my husband goes to alot of conferences and the items that we usually keep when he comes home are water bottles and pens, if he gets mini footballs Hans (or dog) usually get it to rip up.
About the only things I hang onto are pens. Never can have too many pens lying around the house (or cluttering the bottom of my purse). I used to keep magnets, but after years of that, I could hardly see the front of my fridge, so I stopped.
Hi Wendy! I think a pen would be cool, given how you buy them as souvenirs.
It'd be fun to see something that ties into the novel or the series, though. Like a coffee mug with the name of the coffee place Sadie goes to or...uh...um...ghost dust?

My job entails alot of "swag" drifting in and out of my office...it seems pens work and canvas bags and magnets are the only thing anyone keeps around.
